Method recycling bins have proven to be the NZ recycling bins of choice since their manufacture began in 2015. As a supplier of Method bins, we thought we would put together a list of what we love about them.
NEW ZEALAND MADE SUSTAINABLE BINS
Method bins are made right here in NZ. Not only does Method incorporate recycled content (50-80% recycled polypropylene) into its bins, reducing the demand for new plastic production, the company is also B Corp certified. Companies who are B Corp certified meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. Method bins are also fully recyclable at the end of their life.
DURABILITY AND WARRANTY
Method recycling bins are made from high-quality recycled polypropylene #5 which is locally sourced. This ensures durability and longevity of the bins. They are built to withstand heavy use and are resistant to scratches, dents, and other damage.
Method bins come with a three-year warranty and the company has a preference for repair before replacement. Please get in touch with us if you have any concerns about your Method bins. We can help with spare parts and repairs as needed.
STYLISH DESIGN AND FUNCTIONALITY
Method recycling bins are known for their modern and attractive design, complementing different spaces, whether it's an office, home, or public areas. They are available in a range of waste streams with the option of open or touch to open lids for the 60L range. More recently Method has introduced a 20L open top bin for smaller spaces and meeting rooms etc. The bins are colour coded and follow international recycling colours including red - landfill, yellow – recycling, blue - glass, green - compost and grey - paper. Customised labels for collection of other waste e.g. batteries and PPE are also available.
Method recycling bins are designed for easy maintenance and cleaning. They feature removable and interchangeable components, allowing for easy emptying and cleaning including a unique system that allows the bin liners to be hidden inside the bins and not hang down the outside of the bins.
SIGNAGE AND FRONT OF BIN LABELS
To assist in the reduction of recycling contamination, Method recycling bins also offer front of bin labels and above the bin signage. Please contact us if you would like to find out more about this. We will match your waste streams to your labels or signage to help facilitate proper recycling practices.
LARGE ORDERS
For larger orders of either 60L or 20L method bins please get in touch as we will be able to give you a better freight estimate than you may receive by placing a web order. We also have options to remove the pallets for larger orders if you do not wish to keep these. Palleted orders will only be delivered to ground level due to the size of the pallets. We are also able to help with regular supplies of Method bin liners so you don’t need to remember to order these.
